One guy, one Sparx machine, one blue van. Here’s what keeps it this easy.
Sam’s home screen is today’s work, not a list of names: what to confirm, what was dropped off, what to sharpen, who’s picking up. One tap each.

A fictional booking. Tap Sam’s button and watch Jordan’s locker change.
Sam confirms by text, usually within a few hours.
Customers leave their skates, snap a photo and tap one button. Sam sees who, when, where and which pairs, then marks them received.

The five Sparx questions become a starting hollow, matched to the rings I actually own, and saved to each skater.

Turnaround and days off are set once. Customers only see days I can make, and confirmed bookings land on the shop’s own Google Calendar.

One booking touches all of it. Nobody types anything twice.
